In Address::formattedAddress() and Address::addressFormatString() we have to
check all these files for the country name of the Address and can read the
correct address format.
Oh, one remaining problem. In KABC::Address is no name stored, so maybe we
should change the method: 
	QString KABC::Address::formattedAddress( const QString &realName );
