The exchange plugin is now an option in configure. Remake=20
configure scripts with
	kdepim$ make -f Makefile.cvs
enable compilation of the plugin with
	kdepim$ ./configure --enable-exchange
and recompile. You'll need a recent CVS version of kdelibs (and kdepim)
for this.
