It would be nice if being "online" the actual calendar is on the server 
_and_ local. So if going "offline" it can be worked on the calendar too. 
Then when going "online" again, at first, the calendars get synced again.

I consider this a rather important feature, as people who don't have 
constant (and fast) connection to the server depend on it. And people can 
continue working, even when the server goes down.
