Just to let you all know (to prevent duplicate effort), I started porting the
addressbook conduit to the kabc lib. Right now it is still the painful work
of replacing calls to the ContactEntry members by calls to KABC::Addressee
(with funny results like
	toPilotAddr.setPhoneField(PilotAddress::eFax,
	fromAbEntry.phoneNumber(KABC::PhoneNumber::Fax |
	KABC::PhoneNumber::Work).number().latin1());
).
Once this is done, I'll make the conduit more responsive by using the
QTimer::singleShot(0, this, SLOT(...)) construction instead of the loop in
exec().
Also, a fast sync might be possible, although currently not implemented.

Adriaan, would it make sense to also use a backup database on the pc to be
able to do an even smarter sync than now?
