This is not a hundred percent logical. Who knows that when I have the business 
card view selected I also want to print in business card style? 

That is why there is a distinction between view styles and print styles. 

This does not mean that views may not provide a print style. See, for example, 
the detailled view stuff. It uses a painting method for displaying the view 
that is also used for printing. So, in some way, the view does provide it's 
own printing style, too. This way it is easy to create both, a view style and 
a print style, based on the same painting code. 

Creating a print style from some existing painting code is a matter of an 
hour, I think.
