Well, the obvious solutions (as others have pointed out) is to move
kaddressbook to kdepim. I don't know the original reasoning behind putting
it in kdebase, and I don't know if moving it is a good idea, but it would
solve soem of these problems.
As for now, I will look at copying the classes and we can remove them later
if we put them in a lib.
