Using the new AddresseeEditorWidget, I implemented Quick Editing. For those
that are not familiar with the concept, quick editing shows the editor in
the main window, and updates the addressee as the user types. The widget is
updated to always show the currently selected addressee. This eliminates
the need to open a new dialog and press ok/cancel. This feature is mostly
used in a business setting where looking up and modifying a users
information quickly is needed.

Of course the feature can be disabled in the Settings menu, so those who do
not like it never have to see it. It also requires a good amount of screen
realistate, so it is off by default.

A screenshot is here: http://www.slac.com/~mpilone/kde/kaddressbook6.png
This will be included in my AddresseeEditor commit (which will hopefully
happen soon).

Comments and questions welcome,
-mike

PS: DnD is now implemented in the card view.
