Hi everybody.

    I send a draft proposal of CalendarSystem implementation to let calendar
widget support different calendar systems.
    Execution just displays gregorian calendar, just instead of the actual
version, part of information is taken from CalendarGregorian, derived from
CalendarSystem. If you look at setDate(QDate) funtion in mkdatepik.cpp,
you'll check how it works... Almost all code is commented.
