0.9.6 is a "release" in the sense that RH ripped a pre-release non-production 
version of pilot-link from the CVS server and included it with their distro. 
0.10.1 has not been sufficiently regression tested for it to be released yet, 
but the pilot-link people seem to think it's "real soon now (tm)". This 
means, of course, that you could try using it -- just like you could try 
using KPilot 4.3.0a -- but that that is entirely at your own risk, knowing 
that it's development software.
