Good question...  It looks like 0.9.6 is not a release version.  The
(apparently) official web site: http://www.pilot-link.org is announcing the
soon-to-be-released 0.10.1, but still offers 0.9.5 for download (see the
right hand sidebar).

Nils hasn't reported success yet with 0.9.5, but he's trying this in
parallel with you.

Let me know if you get it working.
