Some of the messages in the conduit itself mention "vCalendar" -- which is
incorrect, since it's iCalendar these days, right? And looking in the
desktop file:

Name=KOrganizer Calendar Conduit
Name[de]=Terminplaner-Kalender

Perhaps -- when I get the rewrite of the conduit done so that it uses
libkcal properly -- the todo and the datebook conduit (maybe we
should call them that instead of referring to calendars and
korganizer anyway) should be merged and called the "Korganizer conduit".
