This worked.  I guess the test for HAVE_GETDOMAINNAME_PROTO is snafu'ed 
somehow.  Of course, I immediately ran into another problem, such that I 
didn't have the libfam headers installed.  That was an obvious fix, but it 
may want to be added to the configure check (fyi, I guess).

Well, it's still compiling, so I'll update you as stuff scrolls by :-)
