-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- KDE Directory Administrator Version 0.2 KDirAdm is a LDAP Directory management tool written for the KDE Desktop Environment version 2 or later. It aims to provide all of the functionality of most commercial directory management tools, including: * LDIF import/export * Creation/modification/removal of directory entities of all kinds * Schema Management Release Information: This release adds preliminary LDIF Import support, as well as the ability to modify user entries in the directory. If you run into problems with the LDIF import, PLEASE send us a bug report... it imports our test files correctly, but LDIF is such an ugly file format, that we probably didn't think of every possible combination to try. Shadow password support is still missing as well, although this will be in the next release. This release should be considered stable at this point, although it still lacks some functionality. Current Features supported by KDirAdm: LDIF Import (needs more testing) LDIF Export User Entity Creation/Modification/Deletion Organisational Unit Creation/Deletion The homepage for KDirAdm is at: http://www.carillonis.com/kdiradm where both source and Debian packages may be obtained. Comments, suggestions, wishlist items and patches may be sent to the project co-ordinator at : ppatterson@carillonis.com Cheers. - -- Patrick Patterson Tel: (514) 485-0789 Chief Security Architect Fax: (514) 485-4737 Carillon Information Security Inc.
