The alarm daemon is being split into two separate programs, and I have 
updated CVS with an uncompiled initial version, at Cornelius Schumacher's 
request. Unfortunately, it will prevent kdepim from building for now (and the 
daemon won't work to begin with even when it compiles). Sorry.
