index.docbook was also updated in CVS to remove the reference to 
configwindow.png at the time that configwindow.png was deleted, so there is 
no reason why there should any longer be a need for the file. You may well 
have to regenerate your Makefile. Run ./configure again (delete config.cache 
if necessary).
