Plasma 5.4.3 tars are up on depot for your packaging pleasure

Some new translations and crasher bugfixes in it, most importantly the
splash screen got updated

Release is due on Tuesday

We also have the schedule up for 5.5 bugfix releases following
Martin's plan of short releases at first then longer for until a .5
with no delay between making tars and releasing
