One more request for change came in: an artwork freeze. I've put it right =

after RC1, with almost three weeks to go before release. That should catch =

fallout of late artwork changes.

* Mon, 10th March: Soft Freeze
* Thu, 13th March: Alpha1
* Tue, 8th April: Alpha2
* Thu, 1st May: Hard Freeze

* Tue, 27th May: RC1
* Thu, 29th May: Artwork freeze (modulo default wallpaper *1)
* Tue, 17th June: Plasma 2014.6 Final

We still need a date for the repo splitting. =

Alex is heading this effort. Maybe he can propose a date for it?

Barring objections, I'll consider this final on Thursday.
