I'm stucked. I'm pretty sure I'm setting the NET::Notification windowType
on the PlasmaCore.Dialog, however when it shows up, KWin tells me it's
NET::Normal (Client::windowType()) plus Client::isNotification() returns
false.

Doesn't look as easy as I thought it would be :)
