qtdir is path in which your qt5 are libraries are.
You can find this path from the command `qmake -v`.

In my machine it gives
$ qmake -v
QMake version 3.0
Using Qt version 5.2.0 in /home/tsiapaliokas/src/kf5/qt5/qtbase/lib

so in my kdesrc-buildrc I have this

qtdir /home/tsiapaliokas/src/kf5/qt5/build/qtbase/
