If we want to recommend this as an HIG (which I'd clearly prefer), we should 
come up with a generic way to distinguish between Plasmoid-specific and wider-
scope options. Either with some consistent visual indicator (if that's 
possible) or in wording (like a "Global:" prefix or something).
