yes, I think it's missing and to be honest I know about it (or assumed that it 
doesn't work) for quite some time. All that is needed is exporting the 
QEasingCurve to the QScriptEngine inside KWin::ScriptedEffect.

Btw. if you are trying with the API have a look at 
https://git.reviewboard.kde.org/r/107079/ and provide some feedback on the 
proposed API update.
