that could be something that is also done, but would be something in kwin.=

(though we now hve that feature in the pager as well ... it should be=20
consistent with whatever kwin does.)

beyond that, however, PVD means virtual desktop =3D=3D containment, so if a=
 VD is=20
removed, the containment ought to be as well. another PVD oddness.
