Changes

* Change from a QTimeline to Plasma::Animator
* Destroy Pixmaps when the animation is finished.


Summary
-------

This patch makes the wallpaper plugin fade out the old wallpaper when it changes.  \
Currently the effect only works when in slideshow mode.
