Review request for Plasma.

Summary
-------

this is a generalization of mask() and adds the function alphaMask() that is kinda \
like the mask but returns a QPixmap instead, this is useful if one wants to compose \
an image with the alpha layer of the frame, being the frame pixmap itself or a nother \
frame with the "mask-" prefix. now i'm not sure if it's ok putting it up now or \
after the freeze and if it should be public or private, since the only use i have now \
is some experiments i'm doing for themes in 4.3 (hint: \
http://www.notmart.org/misc/plasma-overlay.ogv) but i feel it could be useful even \
now.
