Hi,

Starting Plasma from a clean configuration (empty .kde and .kde4) gives me
some weird issues. You can find a screenshot here:

Note that I have two screens (Twinview); the picture only shows the left
screen, since the right (main) screen isn't very interesting.

*How to reproduce:
*

   1. Backup and remove ~/.kde and ~/.kde4
   2. Log in
   3. In a terminal, kquitapp plasma
   4. Start plasma from the terminal => output in attached file

*Issues:
*

   1. The spinner in Folderview won't stop
   2. Items in the panel aren't resized correctly
   3. The "Devices recently plugged in" popup appears on the right screen
   (not shown in the screenshot)

Running kquitapp plasma and plasma fixes all issues above.

Running trunk from today.
