Review request for Plasma.


Summary
-------

Like it says in the summary: Live applet resize at corner instead of center.  \
Replaces the stretched, pixelated resize about the center. Hopefully this helps the \
                user:
- align and resize applets more easily
- not have to guess what the applet content will look like during resizing (e.g. \
resizing folderview)

It's works pretty like much you would expect, but it's easier if you just try the \
patch.  I'm not sure if anyone else was working on this so no worries if you guys \
don't think this should go in.   I'm hoping the patch is good enough, although I \
acknowledge the behaviour at certain angles could be refined a touch.
