hi all..

i spent some time today cleaning and preening our development wiki at:

	http://techbase.kde.org/Projects/Plasma

changes include:

* a page for API change proposals:

   i've already put the PanelSvg -> BorderedSvg one there

 * removing outdated information (such as the 4.1 roadmap, or the "how to g=
et=20
to Tokamak" page)

 * improving the Tasks page to include only things that aren't on the featu=
re=20
list, removing finished items, adding some new ones

* removing the widget API page and putting the useful information from it i=
nto=20
a design document (workspace/plasma/design/widgets)

* a new Interface Standards and Research section

help to keep the wiki as fresh and active as possible is, as always, welcom=
e.
