Looks like we've tracked this down to a bug in KIconLoader that incorrectly tries to \
load hicolor/window.png from kdeaccessibility.  Our quick-n-dirty workaround was to \
omit that from kdeaccessibility, but that's not a proper fix. see also \
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=448536

Reassigning -> kdelibs.

haven't had a chance to see if this is still an issue in kde-4.0.80+
