I can confirm this: sometimes Plasma panels crash without apparent reason and on the \
next login they are gone. I restore them deleting plasma-appletsrc (in .kde) and \
relog.

Is this relevant for this bug (form dmesg):
klauncher[2959]: segfault at 8048814 ip 00126da8 sp bf8fe060 error 7 in \
libX11.so.6.2.0[111000+fd000] 

Version: 4.0.3 (from Fedora rawhide)
