Er... This is preempting my configuration dialog. I actually only
wrote it so I can have a place for the configuration options of my
spell checker.

Anyway, just a heads up. My configuration dialog currently has a blank
general tab and a runner tab. The runner tab behaves essentially the
same as the Desktop Effects selector. So you can check/uncheck the
runners you want to use. It's not tightly coupled with KRunner but I
see the need to provide an option to specify the KConfigGroup to be
used for use with multiple apps...

Anyway, cleanups in AbstractRunner will be underway.
