so View now has a KConfigGroup config() method. just like applet, it uses i=
ts=20
internal id to figure out what the config group should be.

however, since only the application really knows what the view semantics ar=
e,=20
it is up to the appliation to save/restore the id. in the case of plasma, w=
e=20
save and restore them based on a mapping from containmentId <-> viewId.

this should allow us to save values associated with views. =3D)
