I noticed this too.  It seems to be that the handle loses focus and then reparents \
the applet to desktop.  Once this happens desktop starts moving around as well.  I \
think we should add a signal Applet::movedBy(int x, int y) which AppletHandle will be \
able to catch and react to.  QGraphicsItem::ItemChanged looks like it's for interal \
use only since it's protected and not a signal.
