The plasma runner (ALT+F2) shows a lot of entries, that might be not really important to user JohnDoe like Strigi matches in configuration files.

I request to hide all matches in ~/. directories per default.

A 'More Details' button inside of the result list could show this entries for advanced users + keep this setting for the next run.
