updated on keyboard modifiers: if i start plasma in a window and while 
dragging i change the window with alt+tab to the plasma window the keyboard 
modifiers works, it seems a focus problem...
anyone has an idea for a solution?

since i would really love to include it for 4.0 i was tinking about disabling 
keyboard shortcuts at all (so that they aren't even displayed in the popup 
menu) and find a solution (if any) in the future
how does it sounds like?
