Hey Aaron, 

When can we discuss moving the weather plasmoid out of playground and if so, where \
would it go? Extras or into kdebase? Since the engines are in kdebase, it would make \
sense to have the applet there also. I plan on hacking the BBC ion tonight to get it \
into a working state.
