Hello!

When the user adds an applet and the desktop is covered by other windows there 
is no visible feedback that the applet has been added. I think it would be 
nice if the user would get that feedback in order to know that the applet has 
been added and where it has been added.

Further, there are plasmoids such as the solidnotifier but it also applies to 
e.g. a "new email applet" that need to get the user's attention on an event.

For both these issues mentioned above, would it be possible to e.g. have the 
plasmoid come to the front and then fade into the background after 2 seconds?
