Hi,

I have ported the signalplotter from KSysGuard to Plasma::Widget. It is 
already working fine in the network plasmoid (not committed yet) and I 
thought that it would make sense to add the plotter to libs/plasma/widgets.

If there is interest in a plasmaplotter I could send the files to someone who 
wants to review them.
