I would love to start one too.

I have strong C++, C, C#, ruby skills (and a slug of other languages that I
use less).

It's been since KDE2.0 that I used Qt and KDE but it is quickly coming back=
.

I will check IRC and we can discuss further there, my freenode handle is
tuxit
