Just tried it here with a konsole instance  opened but minimized:

doctorture:/home/goddard # ./k.sh

object 'shown' in application 'konsole-mainwindow#1' not accessible
./k.sh: line 5: test: =: unary operator expected
object 'hide' in application 'konsole-mainwindow#1' not accessible
