This diverts from the original task.Do we want to create a generic
method, through which all the applets would be externally(like panel)
loadable?

And I also dont understand the rational behind external taskbar or for
that matter, any external panel, which is also applet.
We can always create a child panel and then add applet to that. This
creates exactly same behaviour as the external applet would do.
e.g. add taskbar to child panel. This equals external taskbar. Why do
we need taskbar extension at all???
