I've prepared a quick one for clock applet. The patch is attached. And you can 
see it in action at  
http://cekirdek.uludag.org.tr/~baris/img/clock-tipping.jpg

I'd like to disable the tipping just for clock applet, when the calendar is 
shown and re-enable it afterwards. I couldn't find a way to do it with 
current KickerTip. What do you think?

Yes, I've seen your fixes at r420030. It's more cleaner now :).
