Hi,

Nice patch. I will test it.

You could save much of the getWindowID() methods
(which walk the whole API up/down) , when
using the generic "config(char* key , char* value, void* back)"
method, but nevertheless, nice patch.

I will check possible segfaults etc.. and prepare a version
for after 2.2.
Maybe that there is a complete new X11 Outputsystem then available too,
otherwise, the patch would be fine.
