OS/Compiler notes: 

Under the "Settings" menu in Noatun, there is a button which allows the user to toggle the menubar on and off.  There is also a hotkey (Ctrl+M) which is designed to do the same thing.  The hotkey works for disabling the menubar, but it will not bring it back.  The only way to get it back is to edit the configuration file.
