What's your format, vorbis, au, aiff, wav, pcm ?  Likely, bzipping a 
not-vorbis file would yeild smaller sizes, since I don't have a low-bit-rate 
vorbis encoder.  Once you select a choice, I'll record the explanation for 
you, and give you the URL to the file.
