Why do those things always occur when it's too late to fix them? But well,
anyway, I don't think it is an artsd bug. Artsd should behave the same
regardless where it was started, as long as it got the same flags (and I
think it does, as noatun is supposed to read the flags from the kcmarts
config).

I can't reproduce this btw, anybody else can?
