I've heard reports that "Setting realtime priority for artsd doesn't make 
a difference."  I suspect that it's because artsd isn't installed setuid 
root, and root privledges are needed for realtime priority to take effect.

No, I don't propose that artsd be installed setuid now.  What I propose is 
that arts control should pop up a dialog warning you that artsd needs to 
be setuid, if you try to turn on realtime priority and artsd isn't setuid 
at the time.

Any objectons if I add that?
