Well, even those systems should consume some CPU cycles in the X11 server
for drawing when using the divx stuff.
I applied the patch now, and to further decrease the likelihood of an
unwanted termination raised the CPU usage limit to 95%. There are some
theoretical cases where it does the wrong thing. But I think we should
deal with that problem once it really occurs, as chances aren't that bad
that it never will.
