is an updated plugin vor ac3dec/mpeg2dec.
This does mean that it compiles and
decodes some vob files.
(kaiman support included)
        
ac3dec/mpeg2dec still are missing sync support
and seeking and are not very stable.
Please read the INSTALL in the plugin.
