There are three tests:
---------------------


1) yaf-splay file.mp3
2) yaf-mpgplay file.mpg

===> If these work, then _mpeglib_ works on PPC.

3) mpeglibartsplay /mp3/or/mpg/file

===> If this works, we know that artsd works together with mpeglib on PPC.



Note: It is possible that the yaf-* player do not work, but 
mpeglibartsplay does.


Another Note:

But I just checked it in. Very likley you dont have the right
version. It even takes days until all cvs mirrors has synced.
