here you can download the vob/mpeg2 plugin.

it needs ac3dec and mpeg2dec.
Please read the INSTALL, because you must apply
a patch against mpeg2dec.

You need the CVS versions from ac3dec/mpegdec:

Yes, the plugin works with arts.
